He was born in August 19th, and September 19th birthday (one month later) would have moved him to 2021 NHL entry draft.

1, and it's because while Byfield is a great prospect in his own right, it's more so that the 2021 draft looks rather weak at the top right now.

He'd enter as 1st overall, but that is more a statement on the lack of talent in 2021 than it is a statement on Byfield (I have him 3rd this year). I'd also have Perfetti as #1 for next year.

I agree with the post above that he'd start out as 1OA.

I don't think anyone can properly answer this question though, considering we haven't seen the 2021 draft-eligibles play their draft season.

Raty really hasn’t looked good in a year. I’d say Johnson and Power have clearly passed him. If Raty was in this draft (he’s a late birthday), I’m not sure he’d go top 10.

He's been very inconsistent. I'd much rather have Byfield as a prospect if things stood as they are.
