Maybe 3 seconds, in real time, watch from the face off, they tie up, Wright brings up, Byfield pulls it away while gaining position, Wright does nothing, doesn't engage, doesn't try and make a play, you say you've never seen that happen without a penalty,

Show me a penalty like that where the guys stick is being held, isn't trying to engage or make a play, if that happens, more than likely that gets called, but Wright literally stands there like a wet fish,
