Quincy Jones, the multi-talented music titan whose vast legacy ranged from producing Michael Jackson’s historic “Thriller” album to writing prize-winning film and television scores and collaborating with Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles and hundreds of other recording artists, has died at 91.

Jones’ publicist, Arnold Robinson, says he died Sunday night at his home in the Bel Air section of Los Angeles, surrounded by his family.

What a long, remarkable and interesting life he led. So many different artists he got to work with, had a hand in so many iconic musical pieces and moments. RIP Mr Jones.

An icon. His greatest work IMO, is We Are The World. He managed so many egos and produced a powerful song that still gives you the feels today.

Great artist, producer, composer - as cool as they come

Best thing he ever had a hand in producing was Rashida Jones

Jim in the Office having both Pam & her just not fair - especially with that haircut

The Netflix documentary on We Are the World is a great watch

And a few months ago Slate's Hit Parade podcast did an episode on Quincy Jones's career, I learned a lot of stuff that I didn't know, like the touches he put on the Thriller album
