Quick has been then rock this franchises cups were built off of. He never had a bad series when in the playoffs. He has always elevated his game. He is my favorite king of all time. There are two things I want to happen badly. I want him to absolute Merc someone in a fight and I want him to score a goal.

I always wanted him to win a Vezina but honestly that’s not Quickies deal. He wants cups and Jennings trophies because he is a team guy. He is the homie you call up at 3am and say bring a shovel and don’t ask any questions…. and he does and also brings a bottle of Jack.

All that said when he stinks one up it does make me sad but to not give him shit would be more demeaning. He’s not the type of guy that needs anyone blowing him when he just blew the rent check at the casino.

f*** you Quickie. More than anything though; thank you for everything bud. Your a f***ing Legend!

“Quick”est way to get JQ’s mojo back is to recall Petersen. Only way he’s been able to channel his inner “Richter” post 2017/18 is when his backup is gifted minutes and money. Whenever a journeyman grabs a few wins, he gets no goal support for some reason and loses his starting job.

Hot take, but I don’t care how badly Quick plays the rest of this year. I don’t care if he blows a pivotal game and costs us a playoff birth.

Quick is a made man to me. His body is failing him but he’s never not given 100% effort. He deserves to play out this year and ride off into the sunset.
I think he gives you the same chance to win as copley, so if they are not bringing in anyone Quick should be playing 2 out of every 3.

I love Quick but if there's a window to pick someone up that could be a long term answer in net, Quickie's got to. Sorry, thanks for the memories.

Being a goalie is always tough.
For me his numbers doesn't matter at all his last year.

I would like him to retire at the end of this season as a Kings legend.
