Question On Going To A Penguins Practice

hey everyone,

just seeing if anyone that can help me.... I have the next 2 weeks off and will have pretty much nothing to do throughout the mornings and afternoons so I was going to check out a penguins practice since I like only a few minutes away from the Lemieux complex

has anyone ever gone before? are they usually crowded? if so, how early before the start of practice should I get there to get a good seat?

I dont know if there is already a thread on this somewhere, but any advice or experiences would help
