Yes you do, when you’ve been called into concussion protocol for staying down so long, and only getting up, when the play has left the zone.you don't miss a significant amount of OT time when you're diving you proles
So several years ago you thought he was good (maybe at around age 26-27) but now that he's 34 you're realizing he isn't as good?
Seems to track.

Which now groups you in with the rest of us working class proles.
Thanks, I understand and agree with both points. I am also not saying it deserves supplementary discipline. It was likely a missed penalty and I was surprised there wasn't more about it given the impact it had on the gamecan still be penalized or reviewed for discipline.
1. They don't have to review it.
2. They don't have to tell you that they did review it and deemed it not worth of supplemental discipline.
Would you be okay with them reviewing it but not telling you?
Understood, it is also true that even if the offender "didn't mean to" they can still be penalized. This is why I thought there might be a review and discussion about that.If a player puts himself in a position where he receives head contact because of the positioning of his body made head contact unavoidable, the league won't suspend a player and rarely a penalty is called. We've seen this many times and it's in the rulebook.
Because it really wasn't much of a play, and this thread encapsulates it perfectly. If it was more than it was the usual suspects would be in here ranting and raving to the end of the earth, and i guarantee you the thread would have been up the minute the hit happened. Thanks, I understand and agree with both points. Thanks again, I have found this to be useful for me too. I truly wanted feedback from many sources. I try not to be a homer but there are always many ways to view the same play and the prevailing opinion (not the ones coming from either end of the spectrum) is -- yes, by the book this was technically an illegal play and MAY have been worthy of two minutes, maybe. However it was missed, or playoffs, or whatever and it was not worthy or review or suspension. I can agree with and live with that.Because it really wasn't much of a play, and this thread encapsulates it perfectly.
