hoping the bridges block my vision of him. time for something new. nothing against the guy personally, but the dance sucks, the song sucks and we need something new. its gone on too long.

Larry is a typical delusional Rangers fan.

In short, he goes through enough abuse. So leave him alone.

Much like Sather, dancing Larry has a lifetime job. I imagine him at 85 in a wheel chair still doing some form of a dance.

Larry's fun. I don't get why people are mad about him. That being said, I can't for a minute expect that MSG took "will people be able to see Larry, or not" into consideration when designing these dreadful new bridges.

He's honestly not a bad guy at all. And he's a lot more passionate about NYR then most of the people attending the games.

As for his dancing, well I hear they are going to lower him down through the middle of the new garden vision scoreboard.:yo:

A bit OT, when some refers to "Bank in New York", what bank are they referring to then? Is it Chase? Is it "Bank in New York Mellon"?

larry is alright in my book, hung out with him a few times and he likes metal music so he can't be too bad

It's Bank Of New York, as in Bank of New York Mellon. People tend to drop the Mellon as Bank of New York was a more well-known bank pre-merger (Mellon wasn't a retail bank, so most people weren't too familiar with them).

I really dont mind dancin Larry. Doesnt bother me, not sure why some here dislike him so much. Only in NY can a fan base ridicule a fan that is passionate about the same team as they are...

Don't really get the Larry hate but I guess it makes people feel better to belittle someone else...if you've ever talked to him he is, as others have said, a very, very, passionate Rangers fan...and tries to get the crowd worked up...and frankly the MSG crowd can be a little quiet.
