Quebec city fans still hope to get their franchise back asap.
October 2nd 2010 they did "La Marche Bleu" (The Blue March). More than 50 000 fans gathered in the city to show how serious they are about this.
The Blue March (there's a bit of french but you get the idea).
March 29th 2011 there was the "Match Bleu" (The Blue Game). They purchased tickets and filled the Québec Colisée to watch a game between the Thrashers and the Habs on a screen.
The Blue Game
Let's not forget about the Nordiques Nation. They went to Long Island, Montréal, New-Jersey, invading arenas with convoy of buses.
This Saturday (oct. 1st 2011), there will be a preseason game between the Lightning and the Habs in the old Colisée (guess we'll see some blue there ).
And Sunday October 2nd, it's gonna be the "Journée Bleue" (The Blue Day). They're asking everyone in Québec city area to dress in blue for the day. Many shops will offer discounts for those "in blue". There will be a field hockey game, a tailgate and an autograph session.

Winnipeg got their team back, Qc arena is now 100% official. It will be interesting to see how Qc city population reacts to that during that blue day . Perseverance is the best word to qualify all of that.
