Nic Wallin needs to brought down from the rafters and onto the Canes bench in the third period. #SecretWeapon

i'm always on board for nic wallin love, but he was the secret weapon in overtime. if this one goes to overtime, even if the canes win, it's as good as a loss. at least for setting up cbj for a (regulation) win and you're in scenario.

realistically, the habs should roll. non-realistically, i want a brind'amour hat trick and a kk game winner with 2.0 seconds left.

I think Erik Cole gives Habs fans more PTSD though.

I am not sufficiently prepared for Orlov-Burns.

Hey Canes - watch out for injuries tonight. It's a meaningless game you know, so take it easy out there you have a Cup to win. Love Montreal. Good luck in the first round! (PS- Nadeau I know this is a big game for you. We’ll let you get one if you chill after that, ok?)

Hi Mr. Colezuki,

Thanks so much! I’m really excited for the call up - it is a big game for me. I’ll be sure to chill out if I pot a goal lolz but I can’t speak for the rest of the boys (I’m kinda new to the room so I don’t have much pull lol).

Sincerely,

Bradley Nadeau

my birthday happens go be the same day of an epic playoff beatdown of the habs. I'm still pissed the called back a goal, but colesy still got a hat trick. Between that game and a certain miracle at molson - yeah, he's the boogeyman.

Personally, if we play them again i want to make a sign that says "justin should have taken out saku's other eye, too"

But that's just me.

Ironically may be the tougher version of the Canes because a lot of the replacements are actually motivated and you know Pyotr wants a good start.
It certainly could be tougher than a full lineup of completely checked out players waiting for the playoffs to start (like we've seen the past several games), but of course it's still a huge downgrade to a full lineup of guys playing as if the game really matters a lot.
