Been saying Germany have looked susceptible in midfield and their backline. The 5-1 game against Scotland wasn't even convincing.

On the other hand, Spain continue to improve as the tournament progresses on.

Then and there
Germany only started to play like they can after falling behind. Still too many poor passes.

Really have liked Laporte in this tournament, has performed great dispite playing in an inferior league at club level.

Croatia did create a bunch of goal scoring chances in that first game against Spain they just couldn't convert.....Germany needs to calm down and control the midfield a bit the chances will come if they do.

Andrich you were put in to prevent that lol cover the central AMF at least.

He was already a lot lower than from where Olmo shot. Olmo started his run from very deep in his own half, it wasn't possible for Andrich to track him as he was already down low, somebody else should have followed him from further up, maybe Gundogan? It wasn't Kroos fault either, he was in the correct area, albeit a bit wide.

Germany can fight and try as hard as they want. They will not score a goal in this match. They don’t have enough finishing quality. 1 is on all Spain were ever going to need.
