Canada's top goalies have always been reluctant to attend the WHC for some reason. Once they play on a best-on-best team they seem to regard it as beneath them.

Brayden Schenn can't handle the puck or make a play. Why are they playing him on the top line? Schwartz could go back there, or move O'Reilly to the middle and put Turris on that wing to shoot pucks.
Schenn is killing plays all over the ice, and has for a few games now since being put on that line. Would like to see that changed.

This Team Canada is pretty terrible. It's one or two players carrying the team at this point.

There's some truth to that.

Anyone we used to send was good enough back in the day. It was the rest of the team that was always in question.

This isn't the best team that could be assembled from the available players, but that being said, the team that has been assembled should be playing much better.

Schwartz is a monster.

I thought he has been horrible this tourney, very disappointing. When he was with McDavid and Nuge, he would miss tap ins and constantly lose the puck. Every time I saw #17 he was losing it.
Glad he stepped up this game.
