Not very exciting match to be honest. Regarding the score...USA is simply more skilled, what else to say.

We really should have left at least one of them off the roster for a more skilled player. USA's roster selection was severely exposed in DeBrincat's absence. Thankfully the top 3 lines are absolutely stacked.
 
Which player on the Czech squad has the last name pronounced "Roenick". Looking at their roster, I don't see it.
 
Petr's coaching is so questionable IMO. Playing Lakatos at centre again. We need to score goals. Why is there no playmaker with Zacha?? He needs to be fed the puck. He's got the best shot on the team. This is so maddening.
 
Nice to see the Schmaltz and Dvorak lines have good starts to this one. They've been especially good on the forecheck. The team will need those lines to be strong if they continue in the tournament.

At this point I don't think there's much hope for the 4th line though. Eansor and MacInnis have both been in over their heads here. Donato's had some decent moments but that's about it.

Milano-Dvorak-Connor
DeBrincat-Schmaltz-Boeser
Bjork-Mac-Rosolvic
Hitchcock
 
None, and if my team drafted any of those
Mentioned named, I wouldn't want the WJC less talented because my team has a drafted guy on the team.

Plus my team has one guy on the team. Good enough
for me.
