The ref isn't going to let anything go, no matter how many penalties you take. Way too many penalties, they are penalties but you usually don't see the ref doing it this much.

This is most selfish Team USA I've ever seen at the World Juniors. They deserve this result playing like individuals. Granted their coaching staff needs to be replaced as well as they can't coach their way out of a bag not being able to explain/sell the team concept offensively.
