Marner deserves to be higher than Kylington 21 points in 8 games without Domi. 2ppg in the OHL right now. Hes closer to pass Hanifin than Kylington is to Marner imo.

No - in your scenario the Dane would get 4 - 2 for Goalie Interf. and 2 for roughing. Canadian player would get 2 for roughing. The other Danish player would still get 2 for holding.
