Yep, this. Dvorsky, a center was the one who backchecked and defended there, ridiculous, where was the D?
Come on, Radivojevič skated well into open Area as puck moving D should, but no forward took his place on the blue line

I think they got it right after all, they should've waived it off when it happened so they could have looked at the interference in the first place. Possibly wrong take.

It's pretty easy to tell how good Dvorsky is even with 0 points in this game.

I wouldn't have minded at all if they ruled it no goal after the first long check, they just seem like total clowns now for first ruling it a goal and then no goal right after

f*** video reviews, the refs should get like 30 seconds max to view at the situation, unless we are talking about a 1 goal elimination game. Just wasting time and making the sport worse for the fans.

They checked one thing at a time, they can only work within the parameters like ”was it a kick” and ”was goalie interefered”. Not allowed to check anything else.

At the intermission Kekäläinen said this rink doesn't have the modern glasses that bend and protect players. It's very weird to me that IIHF doesn't mandate those for this kind of tournament. Even in broke finnish Liiga they are mandatory, there must be like 200 arenas in Canada with those installed and still they play with some old barn with concrete boards and bulletproof glass.

We like to keep it old school.

Refs are losing this game. Missed too calls against the slovaks and now what? A big penalty against the finns or something?

Poor Radivojevic. Hope he's okay!

Pieniniemi had the time to stop. Stupid penalty. But everything more than 2 would be laughable.
