Aatu Räty okay well he hasnt been so good this year but still he is 100times better than half of the team and Puistola is clearly better for offence than Pyyhtiä or Nikkanen or 4th line and why Blomqvist isnt starting goalie? He has best stats and has been better than Piiroinen or Tapola. Well this tournament is just one tournament and our players arent even close to top 20 players in this tournament (maybe Lundell can be top 15-20). Two beautiful goals for Sweden, Raymonds shot was amazing.

The whole idea to leave out guys like Tuomisto, Puistola and Räty was to make the team play well and in good spirit. I don't see any of that in this year's team.

Piiroinen has been the go-to goalie solely because he plays in NA.
It's not like it really matters though as this team was always going to get past groups with this easy as shit group.
