Keep the faith! It might already be over... I'm not liking our chances.

More Captain Obvious...This would probably sound like a total Capt. Obvious' line but Czechs just can't afford giving up another goal the rest of the game. From now on it's a sudden death OT for them except a goal wouldn't seal the win for them.
I will be here to the very end! Much drunker than I am now...Keep the faith!
Setup a beauty goal on our powerplay.. right to the Swede for an empty net. Funny, cause we allowed a goal like that against Canada too. Although, not Malik's fault. What did the goalie do?? I missed it
Haha cheers to youI will be here to the very end! Much drunker than I am now...
That is a tough tough break.Setup a beauty goal on our powerplay.. right to the Swede for an empty net. Funny, cause we allowed a goal like that against Canada too. Although, not Malik's fault.
He could have done better though. He allowed a rebound right in front of the empty net. Its not exactly doing good..Disagree with McKenzie... I don't think Dostal looked bad on first goal.
Is anyone outside of Sweden aware of the "boxplay" expression? ;P
Well, they should, it's a great expression. When you play shorthanded, you're in a box, in many ways. The penalized player is in a box, the team plays in a box and the obvious disadvantage of the team is in a box.

That part I agree with.. but that was a Swede teeing up on him from a couple metres away. Most goalies would've let the first shot in.He could have done better though. He allowed a rebound right in front of the empty net. Its not exactly doing good..
Even funnier is, English is the second language in Sweden, yet we invent words in English.Ah yeah I am in full agreement
Though remember some time early in the decade I wrote box play several times in a GDT and people asked what the heck I was on about haha

Speaking of which, why didn't the Czech DJ pick this for the penalty jingle? "I'm living in a box. I'm living in a cardboard box."
I’m very positive the Czechs will defeat the Round Robin kings
