They used Suzuki to try and get Dach going and now Newhook. Both of those guys are so bad that it is dragging the team down. Even Gallagher, Anderson and Dvorak are better.

There’s no need to be upset.
It’s easy to keep stripping a hockey team of the cogs that make it run. What’s hard is finding players and not overpaying them.

There are players that CAN play in the nhl
And there are players that CANT play in the nhl.

Every team knows this.
We can keep wasting money on the latter because of potential, doesn’t mean we will ever get better

Matheson on the pp over Hutson
And dresses dach when he legitimately one of the Worst players in the nhl

Therien had us playing a system and got the best numbers out of some players
And this includes his time in Pittsburgh

Newhook has played his best on the 1st line.

Giving the veteran over the rookie the cookies to start a new season is standard operation.

Dach has to play himself into shape and needs to answer what Hughes needs to do going forward. It's not like we have any better options at moment anyway.
