How about this maths: Power+++ for Byfield minus?Maths says take the +'s out and it's just Power for Byfield.

look two posts up from yoursI have heard the retirement talks from media people but have not heard Kopi say it. Wouldn’t be surprising just saying I have not heard it from him directly.![]()
Please tell me this is not true![]()
"Haven’t thought about it that far along but, yeah, 39 (years old), I think it’ll be a pretty good age to maybe think about the end," said Kopitar.
Clickbait
Byfield is one of the least available players in the league. Kopitar has said he is retiring after next season and Q is finally breaking out.
His boyfriend is the president so that’s why he won’t be fired unless ownership gets involved. The organization should've learned their lesson and fired the guy who did that...
If Kopitar will not retire at 39 he should not have a new contract with LA anywayView attachment 983301
He's 37
He would be 39 heading in to the next season. he hasn't confirmed it, but he has hinted pretty heavily

Kings' Kopitar says he will consider retirement at end of contract
Anze Kopitar is not ready to put an expiration date on his NHL career, but he can see himself hanging up the skates in the next couple years.www.sportsnet.ca
Sportsnet, TSN and all of them softly throw names out they've "heard" mentioned
That doesn't necessarily mean they have been offered, but rather a team made a pitch/inquired about that player.
If he is, LA will have a lot of people calling
I wouldn't say breaking out. He's been less productive this season than last but with 2 more minutes of ice time.
Except Vilardi is not big, nor a center so your point is useless, he was actually traded for a "big center"After prematurely getting rid of Vilardi in the PLD trade, I would hope LA has learned their lesson about letting developing big centers in their early 20s go too early to chase the perception of a "better player"
He might be the dumbest, most useless son of a bitch in all of sports mediaKypreos is an absolute moron, cant believe people listen to him
Tell me again the talent that gretzky brought back in his trade?Calm down, Mrs. Byfield, I already said I don't think they're going to trade your son.
Seriously, you're demanding offers worthy of Gretzky in his prime, and Byfield ain't that.
Could get McDavid 50% retained for this packageKonecny,Sanheim for Byfield and Clarke well if you kick in Michkov and Luchanko and a first rounder this year and next
You know Vilardi and PLD are the same size, 6'3" ~220 lbs, right? LA simply added an inch to PLD's height post trade to make it look like they got bigger.Except Vilardi is not big, nor a center so your point is useless, he was actually traded for a "big center"

He has more time but it has all been additional pk. His PP time/ game is less than last year. At Christmas, his even strength time/game was less than last year. It is now slightly higher than last year. Plus, the Kings have used Byfield in a more defensive role while allowing Kopitar to take easier matchups. It is really an apples to oranges comparison.I wouldn't say breaking out. He's been less productive this season than last but with 2 more minutes of ice time.
Bit off-topic, but why would NJ target a Top 6 Center? I assume you value Byfield as a Top 6er if you're offering Nemec and Mercer. This is the kind of player NJ should be targeting if they're packaging Nemec and Mercer
I was under the impression that Byfield was playing wing. NJ would want him to play as a winger with Hughes and Bratt.Bit off-topic, but why would NJ target a Top 6 Center? I assume you value Byfield as a Top 6er if you're offering Nemec and Mercer.
Isn't the whole reason that Mercer converted to wing because McLeod was the ideal 3C for the future, and they already had Hughes-Hischier? Is there any contingent of Devils fans that wants Hughes moved to wing?
This Kings fan will throw your offer back to you. You can keep it.
I appreciate all the gifs. Like I said I threw an offer.
He wasn’t traded he was sold.Tell me again the talent that gretzky brought back in his trade?
Only on HFBoards, and I'm not even being hyperbolic, I dont think I'd see something this silly even on reddit or Twitter, is "6'3, 215 lbs = small"Except Vilardi is not big, nor a center so your point is useless, he was actually traded for a "big center"
