PWHL coming to Buffalo

As part of the PWHL's Takeover Tour, Boston & New York will be playing at KeyBank Center Sunday, Feb. 23rd at 4;05pm.

If you're signed up with any of the PWHL's teams, there will be pre-sale codes to get tickets this Thursday. And it won't surprised me one bit to see the Sabres be involved in some way.

Think of this as an audition for possible expansion somewhere down the road. The PWHL is on record as saying they ARE expanding the league in the future; Quebec City(which is getting a spot on the Takeover Tour)has been mentioned prominently, as has Detroit(which did VERY well for drawing a crowd to a neutral site game LAST season)and Pittsburgh.
