Not much to criticize here tonight, a little messy here and there, but overall pretty good

Bruins faded out a bit in the back half of the 3rd. Not ideal, but overall a solid outing.

Don't think any one player had an amazing night. But saw good things from Pots, Lysell, Merk, Tufte and Brazeau. Little bit of rust knocked off by Lindy and Carlo. Korpisalo looked sharp. Johnson showed a little bit but nothing definitive. Sweezey wasn't bad.

An intriguing pre-season carries on. The battle for spots is going to be tight.

Korpisalo had a good game, would've liked to see a few more shots on goal to
see how he'd handle them. DiPietro was so-so.

Forwards had some really good jump. Passes weren’t always perfectly placed but everyone was moving

All the guys on the cusp showed up. Competition has done wonders for them

Monty says he wants more from Lysell and Merk, both step up their games in big ways. Love to see it. Tufte also looked better then he did in game 1. Still don't love the idea of poitras on the wing, but he was still making plays out there too.

Lysell was fine. I’m sure there’s a way to make both work. “Injuries” & what not hah

But late in the third there was a shift where 3 times he fumbled the puck in the neutral zone and the puck went back into the Bruins zone.
You can’t do that in the regular season.

Rooting for him though.
