Good post. I know folks want the team run with zero inefficiency but the stakeholders are human and we should expect human elements to be a factor in personnel decisions. The exception to the rule is a Bill Belichick organization but he's a sociopath and c'est la vie.

Chytil obviously has a lot of skill, but I don't think he's ready. Another year overseas to develop and he could be one of the top tier prospects in the league. Let's not get overly anxious and short sighted just because he's the first guy we've drafted in many years to show this level of raw athleticism and talent.
