for the 672862th time, I still don't know why the coaches don't tell the players to skate as hard as they can to the bench when they have a broken stick, they are useless out there

If it's the 1st, or 2nd period and you don't have a stick and you're a forward, just go get one.

Way too many players do that. For every big block you've seen by a player without a stick there's been like 40 plays where they were doing nothing on the ice.
