Went with the old man Ethen Frank...
He's crushed it in the A, and he's currently showing that he can bust open a sluggish Caps offense in the bigs.
Actual results over possible potential in this round for me.

I love what Frank is doing, but he's not a prospect (at least not a traditional one). He is older than both PLD and Chychrun (turns 27 next week).
