Im gonna say that with Nick, Kirbs and Newhook im not scared at all for the top 6 Cs. Were set and good enough there.

Id still try Newhook to see if he can be a 2C and use Dach on the first, I know Dach can be a great top 6 C.

Ya I'll admit I was wrong about this. I thought we grossly overpaid and the fact that we didn't wait until who was available was a mistake. I was wrong. That being said I was all for trading Romanov for Dach, it was giving up the 13th OA I had issues with.

I meant more so in physicality. Kovacevic doesn’t seem like a big hitter from what I’ve seen, Keeper seems to like the rough stuff though

They got Bedard so i think it's just a win win trade. Not sold on Nazar tough but even if he bust if losing Dach result to less win and getting Bedard i dont think any Hawks fan are not happy about the trade.

Gorton and Hughes have really acquired their Zibanejad with Kirby Dach, he is a 1st line player 100%

I'd love to see a future top line of Slaf - Dach - Caufield. I hope Suzuki - Caufield doesn't become Desharnais - Pacioretty. Not in terms of skill, but being tied to the hip.
