Mesar still seems to try little cute things that work in junior. I don't think he's AHL ready but it would almost be good for him to get destroyed in the AHL and realize he can't play that way and be successful. Otherwise, his positioning and poise with the puck are excellent.

If Kulich was ready as an 18 year old, Mesar can play in the AHL as a 19 year old.

That line must be very annoying to play against. Slaf could learn to hunt the puck like Dach/RHP too.

It's a good combo for him. Dach plays a skill game he can learn from and RHP going to high yield areas. Two aspects that would make Slaf a monster

Kulich is physically already a man. I also don't see Mesar cracking Laval's top 6. Do we want him playing bottom six minutes? Nothing wrong with it but I think delaying a year is better.
