Yeah, the pairings are going to be something. I think that our number 1 pairing though might be Gavrikov - Spence and the run Andy - Clarke in the 2nd pairing.

Minus DD8 this team doesn’t have a great number 1 defender. Gav is probably our best shot at filling that role but he’s going to have to step up.

Good. More Nashville level of play than Tampa level.

Byfield looks really good. I can't wait to see what ceiling he reaches.

Byfield's confidence is through the roof right now. I hope they don't try a rein him in to start the season. He looks #1C ready. Just needs to convert his shot more.

I always read he had above average speed.. what i just saw was more acceleration and beating a guy to the puck int he corner.. was mcdavid-like.. so maybe thats it and not top end speed
