If it involves chunks of cooked meat it's pretty much authentic Australian.

I had the honor of going to an Outback Steakhouse in Sierra Vista, ARZ. They couldn't believe they had actual Australian's in there, and we spent the whole meal having to say "throw another shrimp on the barbie" to people...
