Kakko should be replaced with Laf. I know it’s the preseason but let the kid show. He can defend now, he can possess the puck and feed two 30+ goal scorers on that line.

I'll be watching Jones vs. Gus tonight. I like trying Laf on the right with 2 defensively responsible guys. Kakko has looked like a player who is going to take the next step, and I think he'll be the guy who makes his line work, regardless of who he plays with this season.

Jonny B getting a lot of run too. Idk if that's throwing an organization guy and AHL captain a bone, but he hasnt looked awful. Wouldnt mind him making the team as a 12/13 if the Rangers decided the Kids could benefit from more seasoning.

I think it's more important to let Laf show what he has. We know what Kakko is, and I have confidence in him being good.
