Luchanko clearly is intelligent and finds lanes to get open, but he's not flashing much with the puck on his stick yet through 4 periods.

That's my OHL scouting report too, unfortunately. Short area/top speed puck handling, 1v1 skills, high level lane manipulation.....those are the knocks where I think his skill is average at best. Off puck skating, positioning in all 3 zones, quick pass chaining are his strengths. And I think that's just his game.

Errson great but very sloppy play, especially turnovers coming out the zone

Also

Anyone notice the new graphics

They have islanders NYI in white , I don’t like it for some reason, they used blue last year actually logos.

Anyways

When can we be the dominant team in games.

I'm not sorry, but I will not be saying Meechkov. It is Michkov.

How does he not aim towards the post , even some triple deke off the post

This team treats the PP like a defensive strategy
I thought PP means attack

Praising the number of blocked shots without accounting for if you got the puck out of the zone you wouldn’t have to
Then the lovely turnovers at center that bring it right back to the zone.

The Zamboni can skip the isles d zone
