I'm not a Cody fan by any means, but do you know what is worse than Cody? People who constantly complain about him. If you don't like someone, just ignore them, no reason to keep repeating yourself, because I can assure you, we don't care.
It was the same thing with Cena and then Roman.

WWE is a babyface territory, always been booked that way.

Difference is the crowd is fully on board with Cody. Not getting the 50/50 stuff Cena got for a bunch of his years or the pure fan rejection Roman got.

Cody is extremely over with every crowd he is in front of, and as long as that keeps up, he is going to remain their top babyface.

I mean, the UK fans, one of the smarkiest fans, literally came up with singing his name to the tune of Boney M's "Daddy Cool". They even sang that in Riyadh.

Cody is awesome. He just needs to stop the crying. Maybe he has already stopped, not sure.

He was stale and eye roll worthy in AEW and that carried over to WWE, I haven't really watched since he won the title, is he still cutting the same promo every week?

I'm not saying he needs to go back to ROH heel Cody (which was awesome by the way) but last I saw his character is almost as bad as Cena was at his worst already.

It's funny, to me, I've never been a fan of Survivor Series until they brought in War Games, to me MitB was way more important and enjoyable.
It is still more important, War Games is more the spectacle.

Now, but before, I found it boring as f***. I think it's really a big 5 now.
There are definitely shows that are elevated more than they were, if even because the product is better, but you can tell which are more important than others because some are in stadiums and others aren’t.

It's a spectale meant to fill the dead part of the calender.

The time between summerslam and the Rumble is the slow times with football season and the wait for the Mania builds.

Paul Levesque talked about the calendar when putting Elimination Chamber in a stadium, how that time of year is basically the playoffs. Well, War Games is like their stadium series game.

That wasn't really Cena or Roman's fault honestly.

When the booker makes him and his entire family on-screen heels for years, while everybody knows they're running things behind the curtain, it makes the fans go against anything they wanna push.

did he last much longer in WWE after he screwed that up, or was that pretty much the end of him?

If I remember right, Kennedy was part of the mass suspensions shortly after Benoit's death, so he got booted from that angle.

I think Kennedy has gone in interviews and speculated that Orton or Cena (Or both) went to Vince and complained that he was reckless after Kennedy arm-dragged Cena in a match, so Vince fired him.

It was that stupid ass Nuggets vs. Lakers 5 on 5 that Vince did after Stan Kroenke canceled RAW because a playoff game conflicted.
