Seth doesn't need the belt and I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but his gimmick is annoying as f***. They've got something with this current presentation of Shinsuke. Probably should've either spent more time building it, or put the belt on him rather than just blowing your load in three weeks and beating him right away. But I guess they had to build somebody quickly to work Seth out of necessity.
