I don’t understand what is he trying to get them to do regarding the dmen. The defensive coverage is horrendous, and they don’t have the wheels overall to run such an aggressive transition scheme. The gaps are huge.

Trust me we have been trying to figure it out ourselves. Our Dmen spend more time down in the corners than our forwards do. It completely kills your forwards cause they spent half their time back at the blue line playing defense.
