The Kraken had a PP specialist a couple seasons back. Great one timer and scored quite a few goals. Every other aspect of his game was poor to damn poor though.

They buried him on the 4th line. Every once in a while he'd get a 5v5 shift. And of course he was on the PP. He would often sit for shifts and one of the other RW would take it for him.

Stamkos looks like that guy for us. But Bruno is going to give him 20 minutes no matter what.

I'd argue Skjei has had way more impact than Marchessault has. You could bench him and no one would know it.
