Irony is if RBC becomes the new naming rights partner, on their website
they have a research portal called .......... "RBC FORUM RESEARCH"
IF THEY CAN NAME a webpage RBC FORUM...why not a hockey arena? lol

Nowhere land
With all the weed smoked in Mtl, an old Plastic Bertrand hit :
Ça plane pour Moi Moi Moi Center

For those who doesn't know, that song is forever a running joke for french speaking folks both side of the Atlantic.

There are multiple clues to the observant, the shape of the logo, the C and H which obviously stand for,

Bell has had the naming rights since 2003 to "Bell Centre"
The RIGHTS EXPIRE IN 2023....BELL dropped the naming
rights in Winnipeg(Bell MTS Cente)....Now with laying off
over 1300 staff and letting go some big names in industry,
claiming they are losing 40 million a year, can anyone here
see them keeping the rights to Bell Centre for a billion dollars??

So what will the name of our rink be called?
Any predictions?
What? where did you get data showing them losing 40M a year? BES had $687M net income last quarter that ended in September. Don't get me wrong things are so-so for them of late but they are not in net loss territory as a whole company even if the media arm cut 1300 job months ago. Ahh I see now the 40M you are talking about is the media arm.

bumping this thread again, still couldn't find anything online about Bell Center's naming rights... and 2023 is kind of over.

The training facility changed from Bell sports complex to CN sports complex.

Maybe they will go for the big thing too.

2 quasi monopoly not sure why they need more exposure.
