they were very hot and cold last year but this year i feel they've been more steady, having the players not hate their system should help with consistency too. under the hood their analytics are amazing

They are an excellent 5v5 team, if mediocre offensively, incredibly stout defensively

Every other analytic sucks terribly and has for years, once special teams or goaltending or shooting talent are involved in any way they are lottery level

It's actually kind of fascinating how good they can be at 90% of the game and how objectively near-worst-in-the-league they are at everything else
