Meaningless side note: The first time I went to Tennessee was on a field trip from VA to the Grand Canyon, in college. We stopped in Nashville for food, but it couldn't have been anywhere good because I don't remember anything about it. I can say tho that driving I-81 then I-40 across the state is one long-ass drive.

Truf i went to Aviation school in the Navy in Millington right outside of Memphis. It's about 11-12 from Danville. Cleveland which is where I visit family is 6-8 depending on how you drive.

Also that would be in the middle of Lake Michigan. If you wanted to drive to the boarder somewhere it's actually a lot farther to Canada than to Memphis
