I never would have thought it would take a month for Bedard to get another multi-point game, but at least we have finally arrived. His previous was 2 points on Jan 8th. Both tonight on PP though, hopefully he can springboard from here.

I don’t think they will trade him, I get the feeling Davidson is more likely to extend him. I think the purge every vet playing well for draft picks time is almost over, they want someone playing this well with Bedard the rest of the season.

Just don’t get your hopes up. At 28 years old in a free agent year, he’s managed to absolutely destroy his past totals in basically everything and have a much higher shooting percentage. There’s a lot of risk that this isn’t who he really is even though I love how he’s been playing.

Can we stop with the Connor Bedard as a teenager statistics? Yes it's impressive but it's more of a result of him getting a ton of games as a teen because of his late birthday than anything else.
