This is international hockey though, they're very protective of the crease and goalies .. Can't be taking strong runs like that and expect to get away with it, they'll usually call it

when you skate that fast and are a power forward you will get the odd penalty like that because there will be collisions and body contact around the net. I don't think hitting the goalie was the intention but the body contact with the defenseman left him without a lane to avoid contact.
