Different rules for international hockey. You get to dress the full 23 man roster in international hockey but you dont get injury replacements during the tournament so the 23 you dress is all you have for the full run.

Teams can agree to whatever, it's an exhibition game.

And no, you can't dress 23 men in IIHF tournaments.

yes 23 but the 23 is usually 20 skaters, 3 goalies for the tournament, I don't think teams can take 21 skaters, here today there are 21 skaters dressed.

It's likely because it's exhibition so there aren't any guidelines, it's not an official IIHF sanctioned game I don't think, they can play whoever they want to agree to. If the Czechs were fine with Canada playing 40 players I'm sure that would be allowed as well.

It's Blackwood, not an official IIHF game so they can't prevent him from playing due to his suspension, just actual tournament games

Yeah, it is pretty solid roster all around... If we just could have Pastrnak and Vrana then watch out for us.

It just doesn't work with Chartier.

I like the Crouse,Stephens, Konecny line though.

Marner and Strome need to be split up. Oil and water in my opinion.

Why hasn't konecny gotten pp time? He generates on every shift. Id like to see him with Marner.

Love watching Hockey on this surface, you can differentiate the real Hockey players between the unintelligent players straight away like is the case in the nhl on that small surface. Czechs looking decent, Zacha's line impressive.

Marner Strome Chartier chem is not there

switch Chartier off that line, absolutely nothing there right now. Marner and Strome look good but I am not liking the finish of Chartier. Marner carries the puck up ice on one shift crosses the blue line drops it for Chartier who flips the puck to the goalie...come on! no finish, do something with the puck. Something on the PP Marner cross ice pass, Chartier with a little flick tip into the goalie. I don't know...somebody needs to come off that line. It would be nice if Strome and Marner had a finisher with them, Chartier doesn't look like he's it.
