Montreal's best players are all rookies, or Anthony Richard & Caufield. Good sign.

Definitely wouldn't hurt Slafkovsky to start in Laval, especially with all the forwards, but I like what he's brought so far. He has a good stick.

Let Slaffy dominate the AHL or die trying.

He looks like he needs more development time. Will be a nice project to watch though and could develop into a great 3rd liner in a few years.

Actually thought Hoffman was ok. Primary assist on the goal and he's been playing ok. I think I even saw him deliver a bodycheck on the forecheck. Badly, but still.

I find that he’s out of position most of the times. He would gain a lot by slowing down his movements in the defensive zone.

Maybe Dach will play well with Anderson afterall. But we have a lot of shooters like Gallagher, Caufield, Monahan, Dvorak, Dadonov, etc... so it shouldn't be hard to find him linemates.
