Pre Season game in Regina

Saw highlights of this game. Hamonic looked awful on three of the Calgary goals.

Out of position on the Monohan goal - looked terrible.

Tavares scored on PP on a nice pass from Moulson and he also setup Strome for a 1timer by the crease but Strome was robbed!

No other reports from this game I've read.

Caveat: preseason game one. Means nothing.

Where did you view the highlights?

Thanks for the updates ! Tavares has taken up where he left off last year, great to hear. Can't wait to see Strome play, hopefully he's playing in Brooklyn Saturday.

I got the same question, can we get a link?

(sportnet clip has highlights of BOTH CAL-NYI games - the better of the two clips) Not sure if either of these will work in the USA - good luck.

Tavares, though it's only 3 clips, looks impressive out there. His pass on Moulson's goal was nice and some nice passing on Strome's near goal and McDonald's near goal. Good player that guy.

Hamonic on the first three goals against makes Finley look like Pronger. Giveaway and poor coverage on the Monahan goal. Knocked on his ass and loses his guy to the net on the next goal (Stajan?) and on the third one, just poor/lazy coverage.

Looks like Colin McDonald was playing with JT-MM quite a bit. I saw them on three separate shifts (not sure if it was on line changes or PP or what) - interesting (well, interesting if it wasn't the first pre-season split-squad game)
