Looking forward to your upcoming determination of a game day thread .........
lol, no no no I'll leave that to the professionals!
As far as the game goes...on Saturday, lack of rest will be safely out of the equation. However, rust will be seriously in play! lol
For me, it's three more sleeps and a nap until the next Jets game...
I am so interested to see how the second half shakes down.
I really feel like Ehlers was sore near the end, he'll probably really benefit from the break and a lot of stretching.
I also think Perfetti looked a bit worn down which is understandable for a smaller guy who's going through the NHL grind for the first time, especially with how covid limited real game opportunities over the past few years.
I really hope Demelo can get back in quickly, we miss him back there

With this well needed downtime @Jets 31 will have had time to search out more gifs.
@John Agar probably finished his 4th bottle.
@sipowicz likely passed a few kidney stones and gas.
@chaos4 probably got a few more grandchild photos taken.
@Ginger Papa has more queued up laughs in his treasure chest I bet
@SUX2BU sharpened up his sarcasm.
@KingBogo probably got even nicer.
@macmaroon probably enjoyed the break from looking after the predictions thread.
@Jet probably had another awesome trip.
@buggs likely looked for his driver on #6 at Oakwood.
@Mud Turtle probably has another fantastic GDT planned up his sleeve.
Can’t wait for Jets to get back into action, I’m liking the timing of this break.
Hopefully the bumps and bruises have healed,
Wonder how many games it will take to be sharp.

How the heck does Maenalanen get scratched after the game he had against the Blues...
I like that the Jets are working Samberg in with Dillon on the defensive zone top pairing. Though there shouldn't be a lot of defensive zone draws if Chicago plays to their potential.

I agree about Mellon. I thought he was very active and noticeable when he was on the ice. I was looking forward to see if he could repeat against Chicago.
