Yeah I agree but he’s in pace for 41 points this year. Even if you sell him as a 50 point NHLer, I don’t see a team giving up a 1st and a good prospect.

Columbus fans offered up a 1st + Milano in another thread, which seemed pretty fair to me. Of course it's all fan banter, but it's not crazy.

I prefer Nylander over Milano, personally. But yes, it is just fan banter. I’d imagine, condisdering the nino trade happened, the value for our players isn’t what we think it is.

I'd quibble that there's a difference between the value of our players and the value Fenton is likely to get for them in a trade, but that might be a pointless distinction. Unfortunately.

I don't know if it's Housleys system and that he is telling his players not to play a physical brand of hockey but
our team is soft as butter.
Not one player crash the net, take the body with authority, drop the gloves, do the dirty work that wins important hockey games.
