I took some slices of pork loin, and covered them in an experimental rub - salt, ground cumin, ground ginger, ground cinnamon, and cayenne pepper... then I mixed up some apple juice with honey. I soaked the pork loin in the honey and apple joice, and sliced up some apples, and let them soak in there as well. After several hours of that, I grilled the pork and apples, and they all came out pretty great. The left over pork actually tasted even better the second day.
