Boy you would be a great guy to work for. This is on PD because he was the boss but I bet it was a subordinate that screwed this up. Firing PD is punishment enough.

Man this comment sure triggered a lot of people.

Dorion was alone on the trade call. Was he alone in the mistake? Most likely no.

There are countless stories about him being a small, spiteful and incompetent man. He has treated employees of this organization poorly and has done damage to a hockey team beloved by hundreds of thousands of people.

So yeah, I want to see him admit that he made a mistake and own the consequences. That would actually take some gumption though. Slinking away into obscurity after making a small fortune is easier.

The general manager who built one of the bright young teams on the rise is a "villain"?

Yzerman and Sakic were at one time rookie gms too didn't hinder them any. the problem is equating rookie gms with Dorion.
