Harrington wasn't on the ice, Savard was. He'd jumped up and Anderson was covering for him - or was supposed to and just didn't notice. Carlsson can't block a cross ice pass just inside the blue line - time to admit that the Pens just executed the 2 on 1 perfectly.

The pass was just inside the blueline. Nothing the D can do there. Not Carlsson's fault.
