Please no McCabe

I normally wouldn't be all that concerned about McCabe, but this and 12312 similar topics make me want him to kick some serious behind

Then it's too bad he doesn't have the allaround skill level to do that. McCabe is the Canadian Sergei Gonchar, without the Defensive presence

The worry i have is that because Quinn is coaching McCabe is going to be getting more icetime then he should because of the NHL connection.

Lets be honest McCabe is going as a PP specialist and with the talented defensemen on the team if he gets more then a couple ES shifts per game to keep warm i'll be quite pissed off.

Other then the McCabe/Quinn connection i'd have no problem with sending him, though of course i would prefer Phanuef.

Leafs will probably go at least 5 million to keep Caber in Blue and White, you couldn't get a Team Canada defenceman for any less.

McCabe obviously doesn't like big ice. I guess you are familiar with his sejour in SEL (Swedish Elitserien), where he got a healthy scratch after -11 and horrible play in one of the worse teams in Elitserien. He got furious and went back to Canada without a word.
