who posted a screenshot of the all time youngest teams to make the playoffs? tried googling it but couldn't find the site that tracks the data. Habs would've been second all time but that was without Kapanen and Demidov on the roster, i believe.

Yup - Leafs & Pens were tied for youngest but Habs w Demigod now are the youngest roster to qualify for playoffs

I am glad to say........I did not have one post in that thread.
There was no way were tanking............that was the last three years, and we all knew the team would be better this year, there have been bumps in the road.

Great run for the boys, great experience for them too !! We are still a work in progress, but it has been nice to see the guys get rewarded. The entire organization has to be happy getting to the playoffs, one year earlier than expected.

I can only imagine the city is on fire!!

Lots of teams either lift the feet from the pedal toward the end to have gas left or are running on near empty batteries.
The teams already eliminated often give up too (especially the vets, we have seen it before in the last 3 seasons).

But to go from bottom 3 in early December to making the playoffs, the Habs had to wins a lot more games to climb out of the hole.

The last 3 seasons was looking forward to the end of the season and looking forward to draft day…not this season, I was not ready for it to end last night.

It feels great for the season to be extended.
