If we win both our games this weekend and Toronto beats CBJ tonight, I really like our chances
The game against Nashville could be a hard game to win. It is on a back to back and the Preds will have 2 days off before tomorrow's game. I know the Preds have struggled all year and aren't playing well right now but they have to recently beat the Leafs and Hurricanes. I do expect Dobes to get the start so he will need to be on his game

What makes that wildcard run funnier than the others we had in the past 15 yrs? The Habs are climbing in the standings rather than falling.

We're in such a great spot in our rebuild, the Habs showed they have a crucial thing that has been from the Sabres and Oilers (until recently) : a winning culture.

We won't stay in a no man's land for decades like before, this team is going to be contending sooner than later and for quite some time. We're finally going to be blessed with great and exciting hockey.

Rangers have disappointed all year. I have no faith in them making the playoffs. It was the Islanders or the Jackets. If we win tonight, we're in very good shape.

The hardest part is yet to come - prospects actually developing into projected roles, present group of young players continuing to grow, and being able to overcome being the hunted in a pressure cooker market no less vs what they now… the hunter

IF Habs net 4pts this weekend, they’re all but assured a playoff spot w the favorable remaining home schedule IMO

I am super confident in this group. They have it.

With this rags loss and their difficult upcoming schedule, I don't see them being a problem at this point. BJs are the only team that is realistically a threat to the habs playoff chances

So did the prospects that packed the 2007 Hamilton AHL championship team… until only Price met projected expectations
Andrei Kostitsyn had a decent career. And Maxim Lapierre was a pretty good energy player. For the rest most of them were expected to be projects and gambles. None of them had star potential.

A kost certainly had star potential. There was some concern over some epeleptic seizure condition that he had prior to being drafted but his ceiling was pretty high.

It was hard not to see his raw talent either.
